Delete your TradesMate account
Submit a deletion request through the contact form using the email address registered to your TradesMate account.
Deleting the owner account and business workspace is permanent. Export any records you are legally or operationally required to retain before requesting deletion.
How to request deletion
- Open the contact form.
- Select General enquiry.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Write “Delete my TradesMate account” and include the business name.
Verification
We may ask you to verify control of the registered email address before acting. Never include your password, bank information or identity documents in the initial request.
What may be retained
Security, fraud-prevention, accounting or legal records may be retained where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.
